INTRODUCTION.

such as dignity, respect, understanding, empathy, a sense of justice,
solidarity, etc., which allow concrete actions to be carried out that respond

growth, and general well-being and quality of life in a society. It makes
people better equipped to find lasting solutions to complex global problems,
increasing their productivity and efficiency.

Values are

that are considered positive and of great importance to a community. Values
define the thoughts of individuals and the way they want to live and share
their experiences with those around them, consequently, they define our
personality, allow us to meet goals, regulate our behavior for collective

are cultivated and rooted. Among the most important values, human values stand
out because they have greater recognition and impact on different social
groups. These values are related to respect, tolerance, kindness, solidarity,
friendship, honesty, love, justice, freedom, responsibility, dignity, humility,

behavior.

Responsibility: Being responsible means: Fulfilling our obligations in a

Freedom: It is a human value that all people must have to make our own decisions
and express our feelings and opinions.
Respect: It can be explained as the consideration that is had when treating or
considering oneself, a person, animal or thing so as not to generate damage,
offense or damage. Respect is the ability to recognize, appreciate and value
others taking into account that we are all valid.
Honesty: Refers to putting the truth in actions and expressions before the
principles of truth, justice and moral integrity.

of the person, it is a fundamental right and it is the inherent value of the
human being because it is a rational being that possesses freedom and is

Empathy: It is related to sincerity and helps us to put ourselves in the
situation of our peers to understand, help and support them.
CONCLUSION.
Values are built by each one of us and factors from family,
school, friends, etc. influence this process. Values perfect man in such a
way that he makes him more human and he learns to respect and value others. We
as young people must always practice values, because they are a tool that will
allow us to have good behavior, meet our goals and achieve everything we set
out to do in our lives. Consequently, values guide our actions and personal
decisions throughout our lives and collectively help us to advance as an
inclusive society, where we all live without exclusion and in equity, where
diversity is valued, especially respect for people because We are all equal and
